This past year has brought massive change and disruption for both individuals and organizations. Not only did organizations have to quickly pivot their entire operation to some form of virtual engagement, but we saw thousands demonstrating and pushing for a new social contract to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive world. All of this while most of us were trying to navigate our personal and professional lives from the kitchen, den, bedroom or wherever else we could carve out a quiet place to focus and work.
In times like these, we often turn to tried and true practices that can help us navigate challenges, and that’s where the power of mentoring comes in. While the entire Chronus team knew that our work was helping to change people’s lives, that sentiment was never as acute as it has been since the pandemic brought a tsunami of change to our daily routines and lives. Over the past year, we’ve seen unprecedented demand for our software platform and services, and we are proud to say that we stepped up to not only meet the demand, but go above and beyond to innovate during the most turbulent and uncertain time any of us have experienced.
While faced with new challenges, the Chronus team delivered on a number of groundbreaking advancements that led the industry in meeting the needs of the future workplace. In addition to winning a Gold Brandon Hall Award for “Best Advance in Technology for Remote Workforce” for our virtual mentoring capabilities including integrations with top communication and collaboration technologies (e.g. Slack, Teams, Zoom) to create a seamless and engaging user experience, we delivered on key features focused on diversity, equity and inclusion that have helped DEI Leaders tackle critical challenges through the power of mentoring.
All of this while the global Chronus team pivoted to a hybrid workplace, set new records in user adoption and customer growth and continued to release new features at a faster pace than ever before. To say I am proud of the Chronus team and what we have accomplished over the past year would be an understatement.
There is no question that the world needs mentoring now more than ever, and we are thrilled to announce that we have partnered with Level Equity, a growth equity firm, to help us meet the soaring demand for Chronus! This partnership will help take Chronus to the next level by further cementing our position as leaders in the market with our innovative product and best-in-class service while increasing the resources available to further expand our impact to the thousands of global organizations that are looking for new ways to adapt to a new future-state of work. To remain relevant and competitive in this new environment, organizations must be more flexible, inclusive and resilient, and we are excited to continue helping organizations make that shift through future-ready mentoring.
Looking ahead, I am very excited to keep innovating and leading the industry with our new partners so that we can raise the bar for ourselves and our peers as we continue to focus on our customers and deliver incredible value through our future-ready mentoring platform that is equipped to handle the modern challenges that organizations are facing post-pandemic. We have some big plans coming up over the next few months, and I can’t wait to continue to see the positive impact on the organizations we’re lucky enough to call customers today and to start delivering meaningful results to those we’ll partner with in the future.
